Shipping policy

The shipping fee inside Japan will be 800 yen (including tax) except for some products below.

Book: Letter pack light 370 yen

Mask code: smart letter 180 yen

・If you do not have a request for package, we will send it in a simple packaging box.

・upon requestIf you want, it will be wrapped in a special box and shipped.
*Some items, such as books and accessories, may be wrapped in wrapping paper only.

・Please inquire separately if you would like to order gifts or gift cards.

・We will ship within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving your delivery request.
