The Chusonji-gumi is a cord that was with the Oshu Fujiwara clan, the third generation Fujiwara Hidehira, who flourished in the land of Michinoku. In 1964, Domyo went to Chusonji Temple in Hiraizumi, researched this string, and clarified the braiding method.
Using Domyo's technique, Fujiwara no Hidehira's string was improved to make it easier to fasten as an obijime. It requires a very high level of skill and production time.
Size Length: about 155cm Width: about 1.0cm Thickness: about 5mm

Domyo braids and obijime are hand-dyed and hand-assembled one by one, so there may be slight differences in color and braid.
In the case of danzome or gradation dyeing, the part that appears in the knot varies depending on the body shape and the thickness of the obi to be matched.
