In the Heian period, Chisho Daishi (Enchin), the founder of the revitalization of Miidera, brought back from Tang Dynasty with a delicate and beautiful woven cord. In the early Showa period, the design was represented by Kamakuragumi, and the signature was "Mii-dera". It is a cord that requires a lot of skill in both dyeing and braiding.
