Kamakura-gumi is a type of braiding that has a unique pattern similar to textiles.
The “floating thread”, which is intentionally dyed in disordered stages, decorated with gold threads on both ends, and interlaced with rhombuses, is very popular as a modern kumihimo with Domyo’s famous pattern.

Domyo braids and obijime are hand-dyed and hand-braided one by one, so there may be slight differences in color and braid.
In the case of layered or gradation dyeing, the part that appears in the knot varies depending on the body shape and the thickness of the obi to be matched.
