Karagumi, paulownia sash belt.

Karagumi is a type of braiding that has remained in Japan since the Asuka period.
The design of the vertical frame pattern with gold and two-color threads on a white background shows an elegant beauty.
It is an obijime that can be used with a wide range of outfits.

Size Length: Approx. 148 cm Width: Approx. 1.5 cm Thickness: Approx. 2.5 mm
Material: 100% silk, metal thread used
made in Japan

Domyo braids and obijime are hand-dyed and hand-assembled one by one, so there may be slight differences in color and braid.
In the case of danzome or gradation dyeing, the part that appears in the knot varies depending on the body shape and the thickness of the obi to be matched.
